Geelong is also one hour drive from Melbourne International Airport, (Tullamarine). A freeway links Melbourne Airport directly with the city of Geelong. No traffic lights or stops from the airport until Geelong. Avalon airport is just outside of Geelong. Jetstar flies directly from Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Sydney to Avalon.
